Hill AFB Local Safe HelpRoom

The Local Safe HelpRoom is a safe and anonymous space to connect with other survivors of sexual assault within our Hill AFB community and surrounding installations. This is a peer-to-peer support group, moderated by a certified SAPR VA or SARC at Hill AFB, where you can share your experiences, offer support, and know you're not alone. No personal information is collected or allowed.

Join us for an open chat every Wednesday from 1530-1630 MST (Mountain Standard Time). The chatroom will only be open during this time. Please note the chat link may change each session, so please bookmark the landing page (not the link below) to access the chat room each week: https://lshr.safehelpline.org/chat/659-hillafb82025. Please note: If you click the link outside of the Wednesday 1530-1630 MST timeframe, the chatroom will be closed and not monitored. Occasionally, we'll have special topic sessions focusing on things like self-care, understanding reporting processes, or support for family and friends.
